wiZe provides AI-powered hiring and career solutions, including but not limited to:

• Resume/CV analysis and scoring
• AI-powered mock interviews and assessments
• Job-matching and recruiter tools

We may add, modify, or discontinue services without prior notice.

To access certain features, you may need to register and provide accurate, complete, and updated information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

You agree not to:

• Use Wize for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
• Upload or share content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
• Attempt to disrupt or harm our platform or infrastructure

You may upload resumes, job descriptions, or other materials ("User Content").

By submitting User Content, you grant Wize a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and analyze it only for providing and improving our services.

You retain full ownership of your content. We do not sell or disclose your resumes/CVs to unauthorized third parties.

All content, trademarks, logos, designs, and software on Wize are owned by or licensed to us.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer our services without prior written consent.

Some features may be paid or subscription-based. By purchasing, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge applicable fees.

All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

Wize may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., analytics, communication APIs, AI services). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Users are encouraged to review their terms and privacy policies separately.

Wize provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wize shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, business, or opportunities.

You agree to indemnify and hold Wize, its founders, employees, and partners harmless against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse our services.

You may stop using our services at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
